We offer a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management designed for working adults. The curriculum of this 120-credit degree completion program balances business topics with liberal arts courses designed to hone critical analysis and communication skills while providing opportunities to examine ethical issues in business. It is presented either online or at one of our campus locations, in an accelerated format where you take one course at a time in five-week blocks. GMercyU’s BSBA program has received specialized accreditation through the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE).

A Comprehensive Organizational Management Degree

You will need to earn a total of 120 credits to earn your Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management. The curriculum aims to equip you with a solid knowledge of modern business practices, as well as in-depth understanding of how effective organizations function. Students will learn about philosophies that govern the field, including motivation and leadership.

Who Can Apply

Applicants to this bachelor degree completion program must:

• Have a minimum GPA of 2.0
• Provide a resume demonstrating at least two years’ work experience
• Applicants without post-secondary credit will need to submit proof of High School graduation (diploma, transcript with completion date or GED.

Applicants who do not meet the GPA or work experience requirements may request a review of their application by the Program Director. Acceptance of an application for review does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
